Stars 'N Stripes National:

The Stars 'n Stripes National in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is always one of the biggest races of the national race circuit.  The track is a highly technical, downhill course that always features some pretty crazy moves courtesy of the third straight pro section.  This year was no different, with a newly reworked track, the racing was awesome.  Check out the photos below to see what went on.

The track was pretty crazy this year with everything being revamped.  Here we have a shot from the starting hill of the first straight which featured a table, followed by a double, followed by a step-up.

Here we have a shot of the second straight which featured a short, low double, followed by two larger more lipped doubles, then a step-up leading into the turn.  This is the straight that gave most people trouble as the weekend progressed.  Also, in the background is the third straight which had a big step up right out of the turn followed by the pro-am split, with the pro section on the right and the amateur side on the left.

Here is a shot of the split on the third straight with the pro jump in the background and the amateur side in the foreground.

Here is a shot of the jumps following the pro section.  The roller heading into the turn definitely made the entrance into the berm and the approach to the rhythm section more technical.

Here we have Haro's Warwick Stevenson leading the GT ride of Randy Stumfhauser, Avent/Fly's Donny Robinson, Staats/Tro Lee Designs' Robert DeWilde and Crupi's Jason Richardson into the second turn, on his way to Sunday's main event win.

Elit Men moto action with the Crupi rides of Jason Richardson and Christian Bercerine sticking their noses out along side Mongoose's John Purse and One's Arturs Matison.

More Elite Men moto action, this time with Kuwahara's Matt Pohlkamp leading GT's Randy Stumfhauser and Revtec's Greg Romero.

More of the same.  This time the three riders sticking their noses out are, from left to right: Kyle Bennet doing it for Free Agent bicycles, Donny Robinson on the Fly/Avent ride and Haro's Warwick Stevenson.

Elite Women gate snap for Saturday's main event.  From left to right:  Clayborn ride, Fizz's Bike Shop Ride, Redline's Kim Hayashi, Supercross' Samantha Cools, Fly ride, Becky Smith, MCS's Amanda Geving, and in gate 8 is Sunday's main event winner, Staats' Arielle Martin.

Here we have Hayahsi hopping into turn two with Samantha Cools, Amanda Geving and Arielle Martin in tow.

Here we have some of Saturday's Superclass main event action. From left to right we have:  Haro rider, Derek Betcher of Revtec Bicycles, Fizz's Kyle Weisenberger, Hyper's Mike Lundy, Answer/Everguard's Danny Caluag, Standard Byke Company's Randall Neave, Redline ride, and Fly Racing's Will Greathouse.

Here we have Mike Lundy on his way to Saturday's main event win followed by Derek Betcher and Kyle Weisenberger.

Here we have Dave Bittner, winner of Elite Masters for both Saturday and Sunday getting out in front for Brew Bicycles.

Sunday's Pro Open action heading out of the first turn.  Afro Bob DeWilde leading for Troy Lee Designs leading the way with Staats/Red Bull's Mike Day and Haro's Warwick Stevenson chasing.

Finally, we have the Pro Cruiser main event locked and loaded.  Donny Robinson would take home the win for Sunday's main event.
